Maybe HP should just include a HP-UX 9000/705 (or something equally
unsellable) with every MPE system - just so you can get DNS, routable
DTC, sendmail. It might be really clever to bundle a "headless" 705
in the SPU cabinet... (Might have to be a 712, but whatever.)
Add a Intel motherboard for Netware or NT, and system integration/system
management tools, you'd have a very nice set of capabilities.
Of course, CSY could "get even" and bundle a Intel motherboard running
Lunix or SCO..., but they'd likely never get away with it. NT might
work, though.
