this is one of those multi-function devices, laser printer, scanner, copier
fax.  It's a great unit, and I've had mine for years, but suddenly the
print quality went to hell and a new toner cartridge hasn't solved the
problem.  I don't see anything obvious in there to clean and the manuals
tips didn't do anything either.

any suggestions?
