This is all well and good, but why are the support contract holders with
LaserROM subscriptions not receiving this information directly? I've
contacted my contract admin in Roseville about it, but I'm still waiting
for an answer. Some listers have noted receiving "a letter", but I've seen
nothing in the mail since receiving my last LaserROM CD.
