Hi Kevin,

You probably have CIUPDATE disallowed for the database in eloquence.
Go into DBUTIL, making sure you enter the DBA password and server name,
if you've configured them to be needed.

Then select option 3, TurboImage Properties, Select the database you
want from the list, then modify the CIUPDATE flag to be allowed. Then,
accept the values, and exit DBUTIL.

That should do it.
