Promise FastTrak 66 will work for you and it will run under Windows 98.
It can do Raid 0 + 1 as well as just Raid 1.  It will actually drive
more than one IDE at a time, ie: the benifits of SCSI are available to
do striping and write to two drives at once for speed.  :-)
