Gilles gets the big door prize for knowing what us Brits say when 
Merkins say 'jelly'.

(And as knighting is a GB thing, I felt entitled).

I suppose if it was the coffee-dipping properties that deserved the 
knighthood, it could be Sir Duncan.... :-)
