I'm looking into using C on our HP3000. On the "GNU Tools Binary
Distribution" web page it says "in order to link code produced by
this compiler, the libraries provided with the POSIX Developer's Kit
are required".

Can someone shed some light on this Developer's Kit for me? Where can
I get it? Does it co$t money?
