Ok, Obviously something was posted that I didn't mean to be.
I am just getting "into" OUTLOOK'98, and have been chasing
a case where some "replies" sent from a folder (not INBOX)
appeared to not be sent, but just left in the folder.
The referenced message is a result of some testing.

(ooops, blush, blush)

I shall endevour to be more careful, but make not promises
of no more goofs.
