Thanks to this list, I am able to open a socket to the 3000,
HOWEVER, when I try to transmit an HTML file I always receive the
same error,

waiting for receieve
Server Replied: HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request

The file I am trying to post is as follows

HOST: 192.168.0.4:23000
