Have you used this Mod 20 on a 3000 previously? There are some
configuration parameters on the Mod20 controllers themselves that need
to be set specifically for the 3000. If this array has only been used
on 9000s before, it may very well be misconfigured.

I don't recall what these settings are, but I remember that they do
exist, and I'm going to have to go through the same thing myself when
I move my Model 10 from a 9000 to a 3000/928 next month.
