There's no argument regarding the history of November 11th, or the original
purpose of Armistice Day, or the futility of WWI. Obviously, "never again"
doesn't mean much. When Armistice Day became Veteran's Day, its purpose and
scope changed. It's clearly no longer just "remember the futility and horror
of World War I" day.

But now, we remember *who*, not just what.
