When I first went on contract at 3M in Alexandria MN, and in Cumberland WI, they
had a system known as a 'telewriter' that was used to order supplies from the
warehouse.
You wrote out a message on the one end, and that handwritten message was
reproduced at
a machine in the warehouse. The communication between these two devices was
done thru
the electrical outlets. And if you moved a device, in a few minutes, some how
automagically
it found out how to route the messages to the warehouse.

The surest way to mishandle a problem is to avoid facing up to it!

Is the glass half empty, half full, or twice as large as it needs to be?
