I cannot agree with this more!  If you've gotten your ballot, read the
descriptions of the candidates, and do your duty as a member:  Check off two,
write your member number in and mail it off!  If you know who you are going to
vote for, it takes all of few seconds to complete the ballot.

If you haven't received yours - the deadline to be RECEIVED by the Accounting
Firm doing the count is OCTOBER 31, 1999.  Make sure you get yours on time, or

We, the members, had certain actions thrust upon us, because the membership as
a whole was apathetic about voting in elections.  It's time to turn this
around.  Let's see those cards coming in.  Let's show Interex that we care who
sits on that Board - they are, after all, there to speak for us and are our
representatives.
