They were HL&P, then Reliant Energy, then they divided the company into
a regulated energy delivery company named CenterPoint Energy and a
competitive energy services provider called Reliant Resources. So to
answer your question, I don't really know. But I have electricity.

Which electric company are you using? With deregulation here in Texas,
competition climbed and prices went down across the board.
I am just wondering which company lowered its prices so far as to get
rid of invoices.

I agree with Tom's guess and add that I think this is true in many NON
Image/M.P.E. systems.
I haven't received a bill from the electric company in over a year.
They have forgotten who I am, but still keep the lights on. They have
a
*NEW* system running NT & Oracle. I have called several times, and
they
admitted that they have lost a large amount of data, and they are in
the
process of rebuilding it.
My cell phone company also uses Oracle with NT. I opened my one and
only account with them on June 10th. Then June 20th they disabled my
phone because I didn't pay my May bill. I always pay on time, but they
still call me every month to tell me that my payment is late. So I ask
them how much? They tell me $0.00, sorry looks you've already paid it,
please disregard this call. They do this every month.
Now what platform is the only airline that is making money running on?

My guess: they have their contact data in a non-Image database and it
has
suffered some corruption...
