Check out HIBACK from Denys Beauchemin's group - Hicomp America --- you
can check their site at http://www.hicomp.com.

It's highly recommended and can take care of virtually everything on your
list (I don't know about the SUN servers, but I'm sure Denys will chime in
and let us know :-)
