Interex is releasing the "Official" results of the 1996 Board of
Directors election.
 
The winners of the election are Wanda Komorowski and Jeff Odom.They will
begin their three-year term on January 1, 1996.
 
Yvonne smith will complete her three-year term and Jeff Odom will
complete his one-year appointment to the Board on December 31, 1995.
 
Wanda and Jeff join Diane Amos, Dan Kessler, David Largent, Wendy King
and Judy Vincent on the seven member board. Also serving as InterWorks
Forum representatives on the board are Greg Cagle and Dave Eaton.
