I am not suprised. It is not easy dealing with a company that refuses to
tell you where it is going and, based on the number of times it has changed
directions in the last few years, is obviously not too sure itself.

Borland Delphi used to be my tool of choice for windows development and is
still, in my opinion, one of the best deveopment tools I have ever used.
Unfortunately you have to look beyond the tool to the company that supports
it, or fails to, and decide if you really want to bet your time and money on
its success.

Now that Interbase is open sourced and out from under the thumb of Inprise,
perhaps it can become a viable option again.
