Could people please comment ,give guidance on the
following .Sorry if it is treading over old ground.
I am looking to move 1200 users . The plan is that we
will use the 12H Autoraid(150 Gig useable) for both
the system volunmes and the user data.
This is slightly(ie massively) worrying me.
Does anyone have any thoughts on the throughput of
these drives on the HP3000.
My options
12H Autoraid.(Mode 1) Lovely Resiliance. bad
throughput.
EMC. Expensive, but decent speed .Support ??
Standard F/W with mirroring. Cheap and in my opinion
relatively good throughput.
XPT256... Sorry I thought I'd won a lotto.
Anyones thoughts will be gratefully received .
