While the statistics may bear out, it would be interesting if someone
actually put some names to these categories to keep it up-to-date.  I
know there's at least one Congressman from Ohio who is currently doing
some time (Trafficant) and others got "unelected" after the House
Banking scandal.  More may be in trouble when the Enron committee
starts to call up witnesses after the election to prevent any trouble
at the voting booth.
