Two come to mind, although I'm not sure the second one is what you're
looking for.

1) Relate/3000 (ok, that's a product, not the company name)

2) Theta Information Services, Inc.

   Product: Alltool
(sort of a cross between Adager and MPEX)
   Platform: MPE V
   Last seen: 1990-07-27
Advertised: early 1990 (Interact or HP Chronicle?)

   Contact:
      Thieu Q. Tran
      President
      693 Ann Place
      Milpitas, CA 95035
      (408) 262-0100 voice
      (408) 946-8744 fax

The reason I'm not sure if #2 is what you want is that
the company seemed to appear from nowhere (at least, to me),
advertise once or twice, and then (apparently) disappear.
Most other vendors I can think of were around for a lot
longer.
