This is a note to remind all who have not voted on one of the SIG
Improvement ballots below, to do so before 17:00 -0500 TODAY.  Balloting
will be closed at that precise time, so that totals can be emailed to the
appropriate SIG Leaders.

Also - if you tried to cast your ballot on Saturday late evening/Sunday
early morning (depending on your timezone -- between 2200 and 0100 -0500),
and were unable to get through, we had a major outage with Bell Atlantic,
and many sites in the Philadelphia area lost service.  Please attempt to
cast your ballot again, if your ballot failed or were unable to access our
site.
