When using ftp as a server, there are many times when I would like to have a
user be able to stream a job. All the user needs to do is put a file on the
3000 and then issue a stream command to process the file. I know that when
I run ftp.arpa.sys and connect as a client to another host, I can issue mpe
commands by using the ':' prefix to the commands.

Given that the 'security' is based on the user logon to the ftp server, any
mpe command could be issued, I would just like to be able to access the
stream command.

There are other work arounds but I was hoping for something easy.
