What was really fun was getting calls from recruiters (and I assume,
employers) who insisted there WAS a DIFFERENCE.  Been there. Done that. Got
the Polo Shirt.

they meant to imply that it was at the time is ready for e-business.

In other words, there is no difference between and HP 3000 and an HP
e3000.

Don't forget a big part of that change, courtesy of Dave Snow, was
changing the color of the front panel from white to a dark gray.  Dude
were rockin' now!!
