I looked up your area code and you are in NJ. In CA we have a company that specializes in printers, Techics, but I don't know if they are in your area. If you haven't found any by tomorrow email me and I'll send you a couple of phone numbers - they can probably help you or point you in the right direction. 

Is this printer made by Printronics?
