I haven't been disconnected, but Sunday I got a busy signal when I called back on
an open software call when my system was crashed.

Ok... Am I crazy today (why should today be any different!). I have tried to
contact the response center 3 times now and each time I have been
disconnected.
Is anyone else having this same problem today? And when did they change the
options?
