Just what is a "bias"?  Anybody who loses in court is going to claim a
bias.  The fact was brought out that MS used its overwhelming
monopolistic
power to stifle competition was brought out in court
.
Sure other companies try similar strategies, but they don't have the
power.
This economic power to control is the gist of the DOJ case.
