Now that CIUPDATE has been there for awhile, if we also
had the ability to add Indexes on the fly then you could
*really* be "insulting": If the user answers "U"se to the
above question, QC could come back with something like:
"That might not be very smart, Dave.... Would you like me
to turn on CIUPDATE if you have been foolish enough not
to do so already, and add a path to an AUTO master on the
fly, so that you can do this the way it really should be done ??"
