<good stuff about converting to UX from Bill Lancaster snipped>

There is no way to convert the 922 to run NT.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sure there is.
Pull the cpu and pitch in a Pentium chip.
Pull the memory and pitch in some stuff from Bits & Bytes.
  Replace the power supply.
Remove all SCSI/HP-IB peripherals and cards and replace
with stuff from PC Warehouse or some such.
You'll also need some miscellaneous capacitors, resistors
      and such.
Mount a picture of Bill Gates on the front panel.

Stand back and stare in wonderment at your creation.

Sorry 'bout the bandwidth. Sometimes I can't resist.
