We are an N series,  1GB, 1x 220cpu, 

 

Today first one local laserjet (of many) , then those in 3 of 6 remote
offices went unresponsive. First spoolfile in the queue sits in Print state,
no output. Stopspool puts it in 'unavailable spooler out' state. Attempts to
abort io eventually produce a either a hang of the session, or a "hlio
error command cannot be executed" message.

Tried stop/restart network, no joy. Tried a reboot, no joy...

In the back of my brain something says we have seen it before, and it
resolved itself  somehow  - eventually got the device to avail state and a
startspool brought it back to life. this time its not happening. 

 

Any ideas please?
