We have printers at remote sites that are having trouble staying spooled.
The printers are connected via a DTC. The remote users must do a
"startspool" constantly. The sites are 56K Frame Relay (CIR of 56) that use
Cisco routers. The dumb terminals connected to the DTC's work fine, so does
all the IP traffic. H.P. said it was the circuit, but our carrier did
testing and said it was fine. I've run CONSOLAN under SYSDIAG sending
packets to the DTC's and the success rate is around 98%. Anyone run into
this problem?
