The program to use is DATPROG.DAT/TELESUP

However, you'll probably need some decent MPE internals training. In theory,
the correct place to have a dump read, disk or tape, is the HP Response
Center. That's the theory. If you're really in dire need of having a dump
read, I suggest you get in touch with an MPE Internals specialist.
