Not sure today. I know Diablo Canyon was offline during the storms last
week.

The following quotes were in the local paper this evening:

"... there are 10,800 Megawatts of generating capacity offline."
"... a Megawatt will power 1,000 homes ..."

Somebody has really screwed up.
