To correct problems it takes co-operation from users experiencing the
problems. Sending traces of the events is a good start. I also reported
this problem to them and they have a solution that is currently being
tested. I guess WRQ is a little conservative in announcing fixes, but
thats how they get their reputation for quality.
 
Phil, I suggest you contact them directly and ask about "break405.dll" it
is the name for the RNNSVT.DLL  module version 4.05.00.01B
 
It solves the 'vertical input' problem, but you still get the 'single echo'
message.  I'm not sure if WRQ will or can address this problem.
