Subj: CTRL-Y problem under MPE/iX 5.5 (Addendum)

When using a HP serial terminal the CNTL-Y and CNTL-X both transmit an
decimal 25 (End of Medeium) to the host.

Using a VT connection the (End of Medium) control code can be seen with
display functions on, most of all the HP-3000 does not respond.

This is a further discovery from the initial control-y problem.
