I hope Jetform is aware of this thread and following it. Maybe they
could clear up some of this confusion that appears to originate from
within themselves.

We've been using Fantasia for a few years now and after using other
packages (the old IDSForm, Formation (which was ok) and numerous
other demos), I couldn't imagine using anything other than Fantasia
for our various forms (automated personalized customer
correspondence, in-house docs & foreign languages - even Polish).

I do agree with Chris that the tech support could use some Fantasia
training. I've been lucky enough in the past to occasionally
deal directly with Martin Gorfinkle (imho, an absolute genius). It
would be hard to believe that Jetform doesn't realize what a great
package they have in Fantasia.

I have called JetForm at times and was told that no future
developments were going to be made to the Fantasia Product. That what
we have will be the last update sent out to us. Then, a few months
later I will get a tape of an upgrade. It seems that maybe JetForms
wants customers to move to the JetForm products. I have also
encountered several tech support situations and always get the answer
that " I am not much of a Fantasia support person" and have to hound
someone at times to get support. And we SUPPOSEDLY have a PREMIUM
SUPPORT agreetment....
