More information please, or you are on the wrong list.....what has this to
do with hp3000 or MPE? "global spool file" does not occur in my mpe
experience....
What type of printers are they, how attached to hp system, what is their
config in npconfig.pub.sys etc?

Printer layout should not just drift by itself unless a program is changed
to move the data, OR the printer stationery is changed under you....or
people are not loading the paper correctly (BTDT).

Subject: [HP3000-L] Looking for some help

I'm having problems with our receipt & check printers printing
off-margin (I was told that the checks are printing way too high on the
form and the receipts are printing on the logo area of our form.)

I was told that this issue occurred two years ago and that spectrum
needed to be brought down and a "Global Spool File" needed to be
deleted.

Has anyone had to deal with a similar issue and if so, how did you
resolve it?
Does anyone know what he means by a global spool file?

Thanks for any info.
Bruno
