Don't you have the Virtual Card Stack for Windows?

It's a virtual reader with a virtually unlimited supply of cards (limited
only by memory and disk). And you can click and unclick the little holes...
but not virtual confetti, I'm afraid.

It's a little like Lego Creator that way, and age appropriate to boot. This
is very popular with a certain crowd, averse to anything that came along
after they did, users for whom SPF/Win is just too newfangled.
