When I obtained a Micro/Xe a couple of months ago I noticed on an HP site in
Europe that they would give a $2000 or $5000 upgrade credit for it,
depending on what you were upgrading to. Sorry, the best info I can give on
the link is to search the web. If that's the deal they will cut for a
Classic box, then I would imagine they would give credit for a 927.

Also, I recently received from a helpful user on this list a 927 that has
been upgraded to a 937, which worked on the day they deactivated it. I can
get the license transferred, but it is still a giant hassle to get the
media, as HP no longer has it in the media I can use (9-track). If they are
any 3rd part support shops in Denver area that would like to acquire this
box and peripherals for parts please let me know. The front panel as
slightly damaged in shipment.
