<<Perhaps we are a little off context here....My original response also
was to address the specific issue mentioned by Ken of including fliers or
handouts in material from the conference. By the way, mentioning their
room numbers in oral announcement takes time.....
 
Also, as user, I expect to be shielded from the hounding....I won't come
if I think I will be hounded...lets not get to the point where we see who
stops coming first-vendor (I are 1) or users (I are 1 too)....>>
 
I'll definitely go along with that. If they're just there in the
building, I can (and fully intend to, BTW) vote with my feet. If they
harass me or negatively impact the content of the conference, that's a
different story, and I'll vigorously support decisions that keep the
conference on track.
