I have been following this story for a while now. It seems that money
from the Oil for Food program has found its way to bin Laden and Al
Qaeda starting in 1998.

As you can well understand, the UN is doing everything it can to
stonewall the ongoing investigations. BTW, Coughy Annan has been
accused of taking Iraqi bribe money also.

I hope we get to the bottom of this story, but somehow I doubt it.

Denys

I watched the first installment of this last night and it is simply
stunning. If even 10% of it is accurate then the UN is so corrupt as to
be
irreparable and should be disbanded. The very idea that these people
are
sitting in judgement of the US for what we are doing and finding us
wanting
is just sickening.
