We recently upgraded from MPE 4.0 to 5.0 and have experienced serious=20
performance degradation. We have received from HP and installed multiple=20
patches to the operating system with no appreciable results. The main=20
problem is in entering and exiting programs. Once the program is running=20
the speed is usually acceptable.

I would like to hear from folks with similar systems who have gone through=20
this upgrade. Is our experience typical? If so, how did you resolve the=20
performance issue?
