Telecommuting is working out pretty well for us. I have a client in S.
Carolina for which we are doing a lot of work, both maintenance and new
development, on an ongoing basis. Almost everything is done over the net,
I rarely am on site there anymore.

I have just hired a contractor to work on a project for this particular
client. He is here in my office this week, but most of the time he will be
working out of his home and telnetting (using QCTerm) into my HP3K. There
is little reason for him to be here physically except for a day or two a month.

The fact that the HP3K supports telnet and FTP makes it irrelevant where
the machine is relative to the user.
