That sounds like sound advice. In case you forget to do this there is still
hope.
As I found out recently the configuration group you specify can be blank in
your START command. SYSGEN will not come up with a blank base group. The
workaround is: RUN SYSGEN.PUB.SYS;INFO="CONFIG"
This will open SYSGEN with the base group being config. You can then modify
CONFIG, shutdown and restart. (Or save it as something else and use that
group in your START Command.)
