IIRC, two-up and four-up are features of PostScript. As the native mode
spooler does not use PostScript there is no escape sequence you can use.

We have a freeware 2-up utility you can download.

  Go to http://www.beechglen.com click on Freeware and look for TWOUP.STD.

Combined with an environment file that sets up duplex printing you *almost*
have 4-up  :-)
