It should absolutely not be difficult for customers to submit bug reports to
HP.

Unfortunately the ITRC is not owned by CSY, so fixing this particular issue is
out of our direct control.

But some things are easy for us to do, like remembering to check the "visible
to customers" flag when we lab engineers submit SRs that don't contain
sensitive data.
