I think it should already be on your machine (part of MPE (?)), have you
tried
:EASYTIME ?
EASYTIME has to be enabled by MANAGER.SYS, but I think you should be
able to run the program (EASYTIME.PUB.SYS). I don't have EASYTIME
enabled and when I try to run it I get a message stating that it has to
be enabled.
