hi all!
1. the security/3000 log file (log20.data) -- those who think they want
to look at this log file also think they want to peruse a *year's*
worth of data. clearly, keeping all of that in one file isn't
reasonable. making a copy of the file and keeping it some place is
real easy -- but is there a way to tell vesoft's software to look at
<this> log file? is there a file equation that will work?
2. is there a known/published api for the security side of vesoft?
what they provide isn't bad...but it's not necessarily what i want
designated users having access to. i know there's a 'batch'
interface...but is there anything else?
(yes....sar-ox finally reached longs....sigh) - d
