Dear Ecometry Customer,

Yesterday morning, Ecometry Corporation and Syngistix, a supply chain
solution provider based in Englewood, Colorado, announced that subject
to shareholder approval, Ecometry will merge with Syngistix and become a
wholly owned subsidiary of that company. At this time, Iíd like to
outline the tremendous potential this merger brings to both companies in
our mutual desire to provide cutting edge technology and exceptional
customer support to the markets that we serve.

Syngistix, like Ecometry, originally offered their software solutions on
the HP 3000 platform. Like Ecometry, their products now feature
flexible, open, n-tier architecture and run in the Windows 2000
environment, while Ecometry runs in the Windows 2000 and Unix
environments. Although we have operated side by side in the same
industry, Syngistix has focused on the supply chain side while Ecometry
has concentrated on the catalog and retail space.

Joining these two organizations will create opportunities that all of us
are anxious to realize: the ability to better support and leverage our
combined customer bases, the ability to utilize each otherís technology
to improve both product sets, and the ability to build and maintain a
stronger competitive edge in our market.

At Ecometry, we believe that these opportunities will significantly
benefit our customers as we combine our strengths with Syngistix in
order to grow more rapidly, more substantially and more successfully
than we could as a separate entity. Clearly, the synergy that exists
between Ecometry and Syngistix opens up a new realm of possibility as we
move forward toward enhancing and solidifying our market position.

I encourage you to learn more about Syngistix by visiting their website
at www.syngistix.com. I encourage you as well to contact me personally
with questions or concerns about this exciting development.

Sincerely,
