I am trying to set up a user to telnet to another 3K.

I have telnet working, since I can do this when logged on as MGR.SYS.
However, I want to give the new user the absolute bare-minimum capabilities.
I can't find this list anywhere in the manuals and the RC can't seem to answer
the question either.

I set up a user/account with the following caps: (seemed like the obvious ones)
CAP: AM,AL,GL,CS,ND,SF,BA,IA,PM,DS,PH

and I get the following message when I try.

922:telnet.arpa.sys;info="123.123.123.1"
Telnet Client [A6000000] (C) Hewlett-Packard Co. 1994
telnet: tcp/telnet: unknown service
922:

The manual lists this message as a problem in the SERVICES.NET.SYS file
but I don't believe that since it works when logged on as MGR.SYS

anyone have any great (or just OK) ideas?
