A couple more questions for which we're looking for consensus:

1) When (if ever) should we be looking at purchasing spare parts machines?
My initial statement to them was that doing that wouldn't be necessary since
there should be plenty of used machines on the market for a number of years.

2) When should we be looking for a secondary service supplier?
